Refund & Return Policy

4.1 Eligibility for Returns

We accept return or replacement requests in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged, rotten, or in visibly poor condition

• Wrong product delivered compared to what was ordered

• Product is significantly different in quantity from what was billed

Due to the perishable nature of farm produce, return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

4.2 Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

• Fresh produce that has been stored improperly after delivery

• Products where the complaint is raised after 24 hours of delivery

• Items purchased during clearance or discounted sales

• Change of mind or incorrect quantity ordered by the customer

4.3 How to Raise a Return or Complaint

To report an issue with your order, please:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@nanjilfarms.com or via phone

• Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue

• Share a clear photograph of the affected product if possible

Our team will review your complaint and respond within 1 to 2 business days.

4.4 Resolution Options

Depending on the nature of the complaint, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

• Replacement of the affected product in your next delivery

• Store credit applicable on your next order

• Partial or full refund to your original payment method

We aim to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly. The resolution offered will be at the discretion of Nanjil Farms based on the specific situation.

4.5 Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.
