Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.
3.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled subject to the following conditions:
• Cancellations requested within 2 hours of order placement will be fully refunded
• Cancellations requested more than 2 hours after ordering but before dispatch may attract a processing fee
• Orders that have already been dispatched or are out for delivery cannot be cancelled
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via phone or email with your order details.
3.2 Fresh Produce Orders
Due to the perishable nature of our farm products, we strongly encourage customers to review orders carefully before confirming. Once fresh produce has been packed and prepared for delivery, cancellations may not be accepted.
3.3 Cancellations by Nanjil Farms
We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
• Product is out of stock or unavailable due to seasonal factors
• Delivery is not feasible to the provided address
• Suspected fraudulent or invalid order
• Pricing errors or technical issues at the time of ordering
In all such cases, a full refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.
3.4 Refunds on Cancellations
Approved cancellation refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
